M-Audioが発表したUSB MIDI コントローラ Trigger Finger Pro。何となくNI Maschineのようにも見えますが、あくまでもMIDIコントローラ。M-AudioはAKAIと同じ傘下の経営に入っていることもあり、AKAIのMAX Keyboard とおなじようなコンセプトのような、ちらちらとAKAIらしいパーツも見えます。
でもこのTrigger Finger Proが凄いのは、16ステップのシーケンサーや、ビッチベンドやモジュレーション用スライダーも装備しているあたりで、これまでよりももっと演奏することが楽しくなりそうなコントローラであることが伺えます。MIDI端子も付いているのでシーケンスデータを外部機器に送信することもできたりするようです。
付属するドラムキットの中には Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Chris Brownが作ったものもあるそうです。え？Justin Timberlake?!!!
